Returning an item

At Kathmandu, it's simple and free. The return label is included in your parcel. 


You have the right to return the products within 30 working days of receipt without having to provide a reason or pay a penalty. 


Please note: if your order contains an item from a promotional offer, please ensure that the amount of the return still meets the conditions of the offer. Otherwise, the item will be charged in full.

 

If you have an account, you can do this by logging into your account, going to the ‘My orders’ section of My account, clicking on ‘View order’ for the order you wish to return, then clicking on ‘Return’.

  

If you have not created an account, you can do so by using your order number here. You will need to provide some information to confirm that this is your order, then click on ‘Return’ on the order information screen.

  

Once on the returns screen, select the item you wish to return and fill in the required fields. If you need to return multiple items, click on the ‘Add item to return’ button to add other items to your return.

  

For mainland France:

Return your parcel in 4 steps:

1. Print and complete the return form

Please download and print the product return form, indicating the product(s) you are returning and the reason for your return. Please do not include your bank details on the form.


2. Prepare your parcel 

Please pack your order in a securely closed package. Then stick the return label on the package over the delivery label. If you have lost your label, please contact our customer service team to obtain a new one.


3. Return your package 

Return your order securely and free of charge with Chronopost by dropping off your return package at a Chronopost drop-off point near you. To find your nearest drop-off point, click here.


4. You will receive your refund!

Once we have received the parcel at our warehouse and confirmed the condition of the product(s), we will refund the amount charged (excluding shipping costs) to the account used to pay for the order within 14 working days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Kathmandu reserves the right to accept or refuse returned products that do not meet the specified requirements or are deemed ineligible for the returns service (T&Cs).

  

If you purchased your product from one of our wholesale partners, please contact the retailer from whom you made your purchase directly to discuss your options.
